Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the AI Tathastu website and features specifically described here. Separate products and institutional agreements may have their own terms. By creating an account or using services you agree to the applicable Terms, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under law. Consent for an optional personal-data use is collected separately; accepting these Terms does not grant every processing permission.

You may use features only if you meet applicable eligibility and authorization requirements. Users under 18 may need verified parent/guardian authorization for certain data processing and may be ineligible for certain third-party AI or integration services. Features must not be made available in violation of provider age or usage conditions. Where an institution establishes an account, relevant institutional authorization does not automatically replace individual or parental permissions required by law.

Provide accurate registration details, safeguard account credentials, do not impersonate others or access records belonging to other people. Notify us of suspected misuse through Awaiting Verification: support contact. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users or comply with applicable law and must handle disputes fairly.

AI Tathastu supports AI/ML education, learner journeys, technical-skill development and evidence-based profiles. It does not guarantee grades, academic credit, a particular job, recruiter selection, placement, earnings, institution admission or verified skill certification. Automated text or suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Users should check material decisions independently.

Only upload information you are entitled to share, with permission for personal information about other people where needed. Minimize unnecessary addresses, identification numbers and unrelated records. We may analyze documents to prepare suggestions; an extracted or student-confirmed claim is not independently verified. Fraudulent evidence or misrepresentation is prohibited.

Technical, research and professional sources are independent third parties with their own rules. You authorize each supported connection separately. Do not use the service to bypass paywalls, account controls, platform rate limits, licensing or prohibited scraping restrictions. A discovered link is not verification of ownership.

Tutoring suggestions, generated summaries, coding hints, exercises, roadmap suggestions and other outputs are informational and may be inaccurate. Verify code, citations, safety-related instructions and important academic decisions. Do not submit confidential third-party materials without authorization. If the product processes source materials for retrieval, applicable book, article, code and video licenses still apply.

You retain applicable rights in original materials that you submit. You grant the operator a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, copy, convert, analyze, display to you and delete that material only to the extent required to provide the feature and as explained in the Privacy Policy. Public publication or sharing requires an additional applicable visibility decision. This licence does not override third-party rights. Do not upload pirated books, unauthorized copyrighted works, secrets or someone else's confidential records.

The product name, software, visual assets and website material are protected where applicable. Public third-party research, source code or community contributions remain subject to source terms, attribution, redistribution rules and licenses. Third-party product and platform names remain their owners' marks; no endorsement is implied.

Do not harass other learners, conduct unauthorized security testing, misrepresent accomplishments, submit malicious files, steal tokens or documents, violate an institution's academic rules, use bots to bypass rate limits or attempt unlawful data extraction. Review Acceptable Use.

Features may be unavailable due to faults, service limits, provider rules, security issues or scheduled maintenance. We will not label simulated or inferred measurements as verified records. Where subscriptions or charges are introduced, separate transparent billing, cancellation and refund terms must be published before collecting payments.

Services are provided subject to applicable statutory warranties and rights. AI output is not professional, legal, financial, medical, admissions or employment advice. Any exclusions or limitation of liability require local legal review and do not displace mandatory consumer or privacy protections.
