Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines
Standards of conduct, academic integrity, anti-scraping rules, and account safety.
This policy draft is tailored to AI Tathastu's verified architecture and engineering practices. Under India's phased legal framework (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025), substantive obligations commence in scheduled tranches.
Any item labelled with an [Awaiting Verification] tag designates operational data (such as formal legal entity name, designated grievance officer contacts, or vendor contractual tiers) reserved for verified business confirmation. This platform makes no unverified certification claims.
Overview#
AI Tathastu exists for education, research support, skill development and accountable collaboration. Users may not impersonate another person, falsely claim credentials or verified evidence, submit malicious documents, harvest others' private information, threaten or harass people, commit academic fraud, copy proprietary material without rights, bypass rate limits or access controls, or use external APIs contrary to their terms. Do not use AI-generated content to falsify certificates, scores, recommendations, research outcomes or the origin of a project.
Students should only upload their own CV or a document they are authorized to process. Where a CV includes another person's address, contact information or confidential details, remove or redact information that is unnecessary for the purpose. Do not upload unauthorized books, private question banks, personal secrets or restricted datasets to an AI service.
Community discussions, mentorship profiles, projects and code should remain respectful and accurately labelled. If a user reports harassment, impersonation, copyright infringement, a privacy problem or a security concern, we may remove content or restrict functionality under applicable law and these Terms. Appeals and complaints are available through Awaiting Verification: grievance URL/contact. We apply age-appropriate safeguards where needed.
Automated scraping of restricted services, especially prohibited automated LinkedIn collection, is not permitted. Public availability does not eliminate platform terms, privacy or copyright rights.
