Overview#
Users retain applicable rights in the original material they contribute and must have the right to upload it. A limited licence is needed for AI Tathastu to process, store and present content for the selected feature. Nothing on the website should imply ownership of third-party GitHub repositories, Stack Overflow posts, Kaggle notebooks/datasets, research papers, videos, books or portfolio media simply because they are linked or indexed.
When content comes from third parties, we respect the source's API terms, applicable copyright licence, attribution, storage limits and restrictions on model training. Stack Exchange API output must include appropriate attribution. A Kaggle API key does not automatically license all datasets for arbitrary reuse; individual data licences and competition rules can differ. LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized automated scraping and copying. Firecrawl does not grant a right to retrieve or republish restricted content.
If you believe material in AI Tathastu infringes your rights, report the exact page/resource, your relationship to the work and appropriate supporting details at Awaiting Verification: copyright/grievance contact. Requests will be reviewed under applicable law and with protection against fraudulent takedowns. Do not send copies of sensitive identity documents unless separately and lawfully requested.
